We want you to love your Open Farm pieces, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original bags with tags attached, secure them in a shipping box, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
